What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - NS Canadian Bacon and Cheese Sandwich with Greek Yogurt
  • AM Snack - Wrap with roast beef, peppers and laughing cow cheese
  • Lunch - NS Arroz Con Pollo with veggies and Bolthouse Ranch dressing
  • PM Snack - an orange and 2 cheesesticks
  • Dinner - THANKSGIVING!!! NS Turkey Medallions and mashed potatos with sauteed veggies (asparagus, broccoli and mushrooms) with cottage cheese and cranberry sauce
  • Late Snack - NS Chocolate Cupcake
