What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich
  • AM Snack - Banana and sliced ham
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with Fat Free Hot Dog and Veggies
  • PM Snack - Plum and 2 low fat cheese sticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Enchilada with Salad and a piece of bread with butter
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolatey Nougat Bar
  • Anything Else - I had a small drink (coffee and RumChata)...


Back On Track...Again

Monday - 2/29/2016

So, this is a stupid day, it is a Monday, which is the day that you usually start things. But it is also supposed to be the first but Leap Year is dumb...

Oh, well, I am starting again...

Back on track, started walking... eating nothing but Nutrisystem plan... made a deal with hubby. Had sushi this weekend, we will not have it again until AT LEAST his birthday, which is 3/27. No alcohol...No cheating... All Nutrisystem, all the time...

My cousin is getting married in April. I really need to loose some more weight before flying all the way to Florida to go to the wedding. Hubby isn't coming. He has to stay in Nevada to take care of the dogs and his father who lives with us. So I am flying back to Florida in April to attend my cousin's wedding. I have lost 70 pounds since I have seen my family but really wanted to have lost more. I am still 225 pounds (started at 305) and really wanted to be below 200 when I went to the wedding. If I had stayed on track since last year, I may be at my goal by now... but I screwed up, went back to eating crap and gained back 20 pounds instead of continuing to lose...but, back on track.

Back to focusing on me.

Nutrisystem Update - 2/20/2016



Well, we did start Nutrisystem again on 2/15/2016, we also began moving the same day. I have stuck to the program, well, yesterday turned out to be a cheat day, cuz we went to the old house to work and forgot our food. Tried to be good but was hungry all day. So back on track today. After we get settled (well more settled than now), will go back to regular posts. But for now, just wanted to check in. Down a couple of pounds, haven't really paid attention that much, you know, moving and all!!

Restart - Day 1 - 2/15/2016

So I have not done a post in about 2 months. That time went so fast. In that time, I have gained back about 20 pounds of what I lost (well, not really in that two month time, but since the beginning of the holidays. We have not been eating well and not really trying. Tried a couple of other ways of eating, but decided after all this time that we needed to return to Nutrisystem. So, we placed our order and got it last week. We are starting fresh today…

Nutrisystem is so easy and convenient and the food is surprisingly good. Some may have to be doctored up a little but all in all there are only a few things that I will not order. I love the convenience, just grab and go. I can take the food to work and cook it in my little mini crock pot (well it doesn’t really cook, just warms up) and it is always so good…

We said we were going to try it on our own… that did not work. Portion control was a nightmare and either I ate way too little or way too much (usually the later).

So, here we go again. I am going to recommit to my health. I am going to recommit to Nutrisystem. And, I am going to recommit to this blog!

Groceries are bought and supplies are gathered. Let’s do this!
