What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffin and Coffee
  • AM Snack - Grapes and 2 Cheesesticks
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken Sandwich, laughing cow cheese with veggies on the side
  • PM Snack - Atkins Shake and a cup of coffee with cream
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes with broccoli and cauliflower, piece of bread with butter
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Bar
