- PM Snack - Atkins Shake and a cup of coffee with cream
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Whole Wheat Ricotta Crepes with broccoli and cauliflower, piece of bread with butter
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt Bar
