Weigh In - uh, no...

Exercise - Walked a couple of furniture stores

Eating On Track Today - Yes

Water Intake - 100oz

Blood Sugar Readings - 108 fasting

What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich and Yoplait Light Cherry Vanilla Yogurt
  • AM Snack - Atkins Cookies and Creme Shake 
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Laughing Cow cheese wedge. Side of cauliflower, snap peas and cucumber with some Bolthouse Dressing
  • PM Snack - oranges and a cheese stick
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Roasted Turkey Medallions with Brussels Sprouts 
Comments - So, back to the grind today, and the start of the 100%Nutrisystem challenge. Also started a Water Drinking Challenge... Filled a (almost) gallon jug (its 102oz) with Crystal Light and will finish (at least) 1 a day, try to drink more than that, but, figured that would be great... I did take pictures but was not able to put together the collage tonight.
