- AM Snack - Cheesesticks and peach
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken Sandwich with cheesy spaghetti squash and carrots
- PM Snack - Triscuits and 2 hard boiled eggs
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Alfredo with broccoli slaw and a slice of bread with a little butter (not pictured)
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread cookies
