What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon sandwich with laughing cow cheese wedge and Dannon Light and Fit greek yogurt with coffee
  • AM Snack - Cheesesticks and peach 
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken Sandwich with cheesy spaghetti squash and carrots
  • PM Snack - Triscuits and 2 hard boiled eggs
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Alfredo with broccoli slaw and a slice of bread with a little butter (not pictured)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread cookies 
Eating On Track Today - Yes, except for the couple of tastes of cake frosting spread out through the day (someone brought cake to work, I just had a couple of bites, nibbles really, of frosting...
