  • AM Snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake mixed with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk and PB2
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt with cheesy spaghetti squash and carrots
  • PM Snack - Grapes a 2 cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Turkey Medallions and Mashed Potatoes with cottage cheese and tomatoes and avocado
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake
