What I Ate Today -
- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwich with laughing cow cheese wedge and coffee with greek yogurt
- AM Snack - cottage cheese with cantaloupe
- Lunch - Subway chopped salad with ham and a little ranch dressing (no cheese or bacon or avocado!!!) with the Nutrisystem Fudge Graham Bar
- PM Snack - Grapes and cheesesticks
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak with Mac and Cheese and zucchini and cottage cheese
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Apple Pecan Bites
Comments - Had a training this afternoon. Also, forgot to take pictures all day... oops.
