What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwich with laughing cow cheese wedge and coffee with greek yogurt
  • AM Snack - cottage cheese with cantaloupe
  • Lunch - Subway chopped salad with ham and a little ranch dressing (no cheese or bacon or avocado!!!) with the Nutrisystem Fudge Graham Bar
  • PM Snack - Grapes and cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak with Mac and Cheese and zucchini and cottage cheese 
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Apple Pecan Bites 
Eating On Track Today - Yes

Comments - Had a training this afternoon. Also, forgot to take pictures all day... oops.
