AM Snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Protein Shake
Lunch - NS Hamburger with cheese and pickle, with veggies
PM snack - Light & Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt and cherries
Dinner - NS Meatloaf Sandwich with buffalo sauce and pickles and salad
Dessert - NS Fudge Ice Cream Bar

Comments: Okay, period and sushi yesterday, plus no exercise for two days and very little walking equals a heck of a gain. I am hoping it is water retention also from the sushi! Water, Water, Water today!!!!!

  1. I tend to retain a lot of fluid after I eat sushi too (or, almost any type of sea food for that matter)! Keep up the hard work, you're doing awesome :-)
