Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup of oats
1tbs chia seeds
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
15 almonds
1 serving protein powder
1 oz avocado
1 oz avocado
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or blender cup, place in refrigerator for several hours (best if overnight). In the morning, blend ingredients until smooth. Add water or extra almond milk if it is too thick.
