What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Banana Nut Muffin and Bulletproof Coffee (2tsp butter, 2tsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk)
  • AM Snack - Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt  (Caramel Apple Pie) and an apple
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem 3 cheese chicken with Hebrew National 97%FF hotdog and veggies 
  • PM snack - 2 hard boiled eggs and strawberries 
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza with zucchini. Also homemade jalepeno poppers (on plan) - OMG they were so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Dessert - Nutrisystem Ice Cream Sandwich
Comments - So, blood sugars went up a little but I haven't had my medication since 10pm on Monday night, so, not to shabby!!!!
