  • Breakfast - Bulletproof Coffee (2tsp butter, 2tsp coconut oil, packet of stevia with cacao powder and almond milk) and Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites
  • AM Snack - Low Fat Cottage Cheese and strawberries
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Loaded Baked Potatoes and 2 Hebrew National 97% fat free hotdogs and veggies
  • PM snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Protein Drink
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Enchilada and salad with avocado and olives 
Comments - I had a drink with dinner, Diet Crush Soda with strawberries, vodka and rum, it was one of those days!!!
