Downsizing Me Log - 10/26/2015 - Day 1 of KETO



Weight - 220 (I gained some since it was my birthday and we were sick of the Nutrisystem)

Exercise completed - 30 minute circuit at the gym plus some cardio

Calories Burned (approx) - 2300

Calories In - 1665

Eating On Track - Yes
  • Breakfast - Eggs and bacon cooked in butter!!!! with Bullet Proof Coffee (BPC)
  • Lunch - Avocado Tuna Salad and baby carrots
  • Dinner -Hamburger Broccoli Alfredo Casserole and Cottage Cheese
  • Other/Snacks - Ham and a Sriracha Cheesestick (OMG) and a almond cacao coconut oil fat bomb!

  • Protein - 30%
  • Net Carb - 7%
