Not sure what is going on with my weight, I stopped weighing everyday, maybe I need to go back to it! I'm going to cut my calories a little and see what happens... Had some yummy food this week, my favorite meal this week was ...last Wednesday, we had tri tip steak and aasparagus (with lots of butter)!!! Simple meal, but SOOOO good!
