Okay, we have not been doing anything that we should be doing at this point. All I have been eating is crap food. I have not been exercising. I have not been taking my blood sugar. But I got some lab work done today and it scared me. Since eating Keto and then eating crap, my numbers have gone up. Cholesterol...up. Triglycerides...up. EVERY number has gone up.
Okay, back to the drawing board. Lets see what healthy eating, counting calories and exercising does. That starts NOW.
