Eating On Track Today - Yes

Water Intake - 64oz

Blood Sugar Readings - 114 fasting

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Bun Bar (so good!) and Cinnamon Swirl greek yogurt
  • AM Snack - wrap with chicken breast, laughing cow cheese and peppers
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Bean Bolognese and veggies
  • PM Snack - Atkins Cookies & Creme shake
  • Dinner - Taco Salad using the Nutrisystem Chili with Beans (lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion, corn, avocado, peppercinis, sour cream, yummo!!!)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookie  
Comments - Okay, back on track today after the Cheat Weekend!!!!
