- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Bun Bar (so good!) and Cinnamon Swirl greek yogurt
- AM Snack - wrap with chicken breast, laughing cow cheese and peppers
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Bean Bolognese and veggies
- PM Snack - Atkins Cookies & Creme shake
- Dinner - Taco Salad using the Nutrisystem Chili with Beans (lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion, corn, avocado, peppercinis, sour cream, yummo!!!)
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookie
