Eating On Track Today - Umm, NOPE!!!

Water Intake - 72oz

What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Apple Strudel Bar and greek yogurt
  • AM Snack - Triscuit thin crisp crackers and 2 cheese sticks
  • Lunch - Hamburger with Laughing cow cheese and veggies
  • Dinner - Fried Chicken, potato salad and buns... WTF!!  
Comments - Started out good, but then... FRIED CHICKEN!!!
