What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Sandwich with a little extra gouda cheese and cottage cheese
  • Lunch - Sushi
  • Dinner - Pizza and Wings  
Comments - Well, needless to say it turned into a CHEAT DAY... oh, well, sometimes we need it... back on track tomorrow!
