What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Banana Nut Muffin
  • Lunch - wrap with ham and chicken breast, laughing cow cheese and peppers
  • PM Snack - Some sourdough pretzel bites
  • Dinner - ChowMein and Chinese Soup  
Comments - Came home early from work since I did not feel good... napped for a couple hours and then wanted soup, but craving chowmein too. I was at about 500 calories for the day, so we got chinese for dinner...
