Eating On Track Today - Yes, kinda

Water Intake - Not enough

What I Ate Today -
  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Blueberry Muffin
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Tortilla Soup and veggies
  • PM Snack - Nutricrush Shake made with almond milk
  • Dinner - Brocolli Stuffed Chicken Breast with Acorn Squash and veggies (also a dinner roll)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread Cookies
  • Anything Else - Had an extra dinner roll :(
