- Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with a Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel and a Chipotle Laughing Cow Cheese
- AM Snack - Salted Caramel Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt and a clementine (note to self, don't mix citrus and Salted Caramel yogurt...)
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Southwest Fiesta Melt and a salad with Bolthouse Farms Italian Dressing (NOT my favorite meal...)
- PM Snack - Triscuit Sour Cream and Chive Crackers and Roast Beef
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and sauted zucchini and mushrooms with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread Cookies
