What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - 2 scrambled eggs with a Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel and a Chipotle Laughing Cow Cheese
  • AM Snack - Salted Caramel Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt and a clementine (note to self, don't mix citrus and Salted Caramel yogurt...)
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Southwest Fiesta Melt and a salad with Bolthouse Farms Italian Dressing (NOT my favorite meal...)
  • PM Snack - Triscuit Sour Cream and Chive Crackers and Roast Beef
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and sauted zucchini and mushrooms with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Vanilla Shortbread Cookies
