- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll (frozen) and Dannon Light and Fit Caramel Fudge Pretzel Greek Yogurt with coffee
- AM Snack - Chicago Mix popcorn and roast beef
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Hamburger with Laughing Cow cheese and veggies on the side
- PM Snack - homemade mini chocolate muffin and a clementine (I was in a meeting that went long)
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Italian Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza and mixed veggies (broccoli and cauliflower)
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Snickerdoodle Cookie
- Anything Else - a few unsalted nuts and a cheesestick
