What I Ate Today -

  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Roll (frozen) and Dannon Light and Fit Caramel Fudge Pretzel Greek Yogurt with coffee
  • AM Snack - Chicago Mix popcorn and roast beef
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Hamburger with Laughing Cow cheese and veggies on the side
  • PM Snack - homemade mini chocolate muffin and a clementine (I was in a meeting that went long)
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Italian Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza and mixed veggies (broccoli and cauliflower)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Snickerdoodle Cookie
  • Anything Else - a few unsalted nuts and a cheesestick
