What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Blueberry Lemon Bar and Dannon Salted Caramel Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with coffee
  • AM Snack - Atkins Cafe Caramel Shake 
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Bean Bolognese with extra veggies, oh then there was the mini cupcake...
  • PM Snack - Roast Beef
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Thick Crust Pizza (cut in half) with olives and celery with a laughing cow cheese wedge combined with my Late Snack of Nutrisystem Salt and Vinegar Snack Rounds
