Downsizing Me Log - 5/18/2016

Exercise - nope

Water Intake - 84oz

Blood Sugar Readings - 120 fasting (probably from the banana bread)

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites and Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with coffee
  • AM Snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp PB2 and 1 cup almond milk (oh it was yummy!!!)
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan Melt with Spaghetti Squash mixed with a laughing cow cheese wedge and some garlic (also, totally yummy!!)
  • PM Snack - Wrap with laughing cow and ham... not as yummy...
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak and Mac & Cheese with cottage cheese and a big salad (not pictured)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake
Eating On Track Today - Yes!!
