What I Ate Today -
- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites and Light and Fit Greek Yogurt with coffee
- AM Snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp PB2 and 1 cup almond milk (oh it was yummy!!!)
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan Melt with Spaghetti Squash mixed with a laughing cow cheese wedge and some garlic (also, totally yummy!!)
- PM Snack - Wrap with laughing cow and ham... not as yummy...
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Salisbury Steak and Mac & Cheese with cottage cheese and a big salad (not pictured)
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake
