Weigh In - uh, no...

Exercise - walked across parking lot at work and up and down stairs to second floor, does that count...

Water Intake - 64oz

Blood Sugar Readings - 110

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Canadian Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with laughing cow cheese wedge and Light and Fit greek yogurt with coffee
  • AM Snack - 1 1/2 cup almond milk mixed with 1 1/2 tbsp PB2 and Nutrisystem Nutricrush Chocolate Shake
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Pepperoni Pizza Melt with Spaghetti Squash mixed with laughing cow cheese wedge
  • PM Snack - 2 cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza with zucchini and cottage cheese, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on the zucchini
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Covered Pretzels 
Eating On Track Today - Yes

Comments - We had a meeting today and there were donut holes, I had one, which is saying something because normally I would have 5 (or more...) Didn't drink alot of water today, had a pelvic ultrasound to check on the status of the cyst on my ovary, hope to hear from the doctor soon... 1 down 2 more tests to go... a CT to check if any cancer has come back and another "lady test"... won't get into that one...
