- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Chocolate Muffin with Light and Fit greek yogurt and coffee
- AM Snack - Nutrisystem Nutricrush Chocolate Shake mixed with unsweetened almond milk and PB2
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Bean Bolognese with cheesy broccoli (frozen broccoli and laughing cow cheese wedge) and carrots and tomatoes
- PM Snack - 2 cheesesticks and triscuits
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan with cottage cheese and cauliflower/broccoli mix with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
