What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Chocolate Muffin with Light and Fit greek yogurt and coffee
  • AM Snack - Nutrisystem Nutricrush Chocolate Shake mixed with unsweetened almond milk and PB2
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Bean Bolognese with cheesy broccoli (frozen broccoli and laughing cow cheese wedge) and carrots and tomatoes
  • PM Snack - 2 cheesesticks and triscuits
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Parmesan with cottage cheese and cauliflower/broccoli mix with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Eating On Track Today - Well, yes if you don't count the two mini snickers bars that I ate at work after lunch...
