Water Intake - not enough, again...

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Honey Wheat Bagel with 2 tbsp PB2 and Strawberry jam with a Light and Fit greek yogurt and coffee 
  • Lunch - Vietnamese noodle dish with pork and egg rolls
  • PM Snack - Peach and two cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Egg salad on toast
Eating On Track Today - Kinda, not too horrible but only breakfast was Nutrisystem
