Blood Sugar Readings - 108 fasting

What I Ate Today -

  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Muffin and Dannon Light and Fit Salted Caramel Greek Yogurt (my favorite) with coffee
  • AM Snack - Cottage Cheese and raspberries
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with a French Onion Laughing Cow cheese wedge and lots of veggies mixed in
  • PM Snack - Triscuits and Ham
  • Dinner - Steak with Nutrisystem Loaded Mashed Potatoes and mixed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and snap peas)
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake
Comments - Its my hubby's father's birthday, so we had steak for dinner... It is Employee Appreciation Week at work, we had a Cupcake Walk today but I didn't play (didn't want to risk winning a cupcake and having to decide NOT to eat it)... so I had a cupcake for dessert today!
