- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Double Chocolate Muffin and Dannon Light and Fit Salted Caramel Greek Yogurt (my favorite) with coffee
- AM Snack - Cottage Cheese and raspberries
- Lunch - Nutrisystem White Cheddar Mac and Cheese with a French Onion Laughing Cow cheese wedge and lots of veggies mixed in
- PM Snack - Triscuits and Ham
- Dinner - Steak with Nutrisystem Loaded Mashed Potatoes and mixed veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and snap peas)
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Chocolate Cupcake
