- AM Snack - Cottage cheese and berries
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Hamburger with Laughing Cow cheese wedge and a "lettuce-less" saladwith Bolthouse dressing.
- PM Snack - Triscuits and Ham
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and zucchini
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Toffee Crunch Cookies
