What I Ate Today -
  • Premier Chocolate Protein Drink
  • 2 brat sausages and mixed veggies, Russel Stover Coconut Chocolate
  • Pork and mixed veggies with a little butter
  • Pork Rinds and a pickle
Eating On Track Today - Yes

Comments - I don't think that 2 meals a day will work for me, I was hungry this morning, so I will be eating when I am hungry and try to just keep track of the hours so that I can try to do the intermittent fasting thing... also, I knew yesterday's weight couldn't be right!!!
