Breakfast - NS Turkey Sausage and Egg sandwich with laughing cow cheese
AM Snack - Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt and Cherries
Lunch - NS 3 Cheese Chicken pasta with ham and veggies with a laughing cow cheese
PM snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale protein drink
Dinner - NS Chicken Enchiladas with asparagus and corn
Dessert - NS Chocolate Cupcake

Comments: Its "that time of the month" which probably explains the weight loss this morning! Also, I came home early with a horrible headache, that prevented me from moving as much so my steps and miles are down quite a bit...

    1. Kristin, Thank you! I am not sure about the nutrients. It is possible. I am eating alot of processed food from the Nutrisystem. But, I think the headache was because of my period. I try to eat alot of fresh stuff too. I will watch for this though!

  3. Nice! I've noticed that when I start my period, I tend to gain a little more weight. That also may have something to do with me eating more. =P Now that my husband's on board with keeping track of his calories too, I'll need to watch this more.

    1. Jaime, I hate the fact that I am on a roll, and then it is that time, and the roll comes to a stand still, well, for a few days at least...oh, well... I always end up eating a little more and not as good stuff at that time too!

    1. Thank you! It is really helping me be accountable as I think about what I am eating and have to decide if I really want to eat it, cuz then I have to wrote it down. It helps!
