I have to be cheerful as my morning so far has been unpleasant.
I was thinking about my recommitment to health and fitness. I need some way to be accountable to myself for the things that I need to do. So I decided that I would do a daily Downsizing Me Log. Just a running list of the things that I keep track of to help me on this journey. Things like my weight (obviously), the steps I take (thanks to my FitBit) and the calories I eat (MyFitnessPal) and burn (Fitbit, again). The point of this blog was to document this journey, so what better way to document than to give all the daily numbers. I will still be posting other stuff, but this would hold me accountable as all of the numbers and information would be out there for the universe to see! Is there anything else that I should include on my log? Those seem like the pertinent stats and numbers but I am definitely open to suggestions. Help me out with your ideas!
