Nutrisystem (NS) On Plan - Kinda (I was below calorie goal, but had friend chicken [not exactly on plan] for dinner)

What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - NS Harvest Nut Bar and yogurt 
  • AM Snack - Atkins dark chocolate royale drink
  • Lunch - NS Bean Bolegnese and salad
  • PM snack - Pineapple and cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Fried Chicken (thigh and drumstick) with some cherry tomatos
  • Dessert - NS Chocolate Cupcake
Comments - I was really dizzy this morning, I don't know if it is from low blood sugar or what, I got out of bed and could hardly walk straight. Will continue to watch this and may cut back on my medications
