AM Snack - Light and Fit Greek Caramel Macchiato Yogurt and an apple
Lunch - NS 3 cheese chicken with chicken patty, extra cheese and veggies
PM snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Protein drink
Dinner - NS Salisbury Steak and Mac and Cheese with artichoke
Dessert - NS Chocolate Pretzel Bar

Comments: OMG, I think I gained like 4 pounds over my road trip!!!
