  1. I have read that one of the best ways to keep yourself on track is to let others know what your are doing and what your goals are. Go Annie!

    1. I think that it is really helping, it makes me think twice about some of the things I eat, or do, or DON'T do...I have to write it down for the whole world to see!!

    1. Thank you, Becky, it does seem that it was just temporary. Hopefully, the same can be said for this diet disaster weekend!

  3. WONDERFUL! I have been so unmotivated lately, and I really don't know what to do about it. All I want is food. Ugh.

    1. Kristin, I completely understand being unmotivated. It seems that when I am stressed at work or home, or where ever, all I want to do is eat! and not move from the couch. That is the next thing I have to work on!

  5. Good luck! I haven't tried a Fitbit but it seems very useful. Sounds like progress :)

    1. I love my Fitbit. It really helps to know what I am doing during the day (and usually, what I am NOT doing)
