Breakfast - NS Turkey Sausage and egg muffin with cheese
Lunch - Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Breast sandwich with lite mayo, cheese and veggies
PM snack - Jerky and chips
Dinner - NS Turkey medallions, green beans and acorn squash
Dessert - NS Pretzel, laughing cow cheese and olives

Comments - Sushi, it got me again. But hubby and I made a deal, we will only have it once a month... I don't know how I will manage, but, I gotta get back on track!!
