Healthy Eating On Track - UMM, NO!!!

What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - Bullet Proof Coffee with cacao powder and Nutrisystem Chocolate Biscotti Bites
  • Lunch - Completely stuffed myself with SUSHI
  • Dessert - Just to make the day even better, we went to Baskin Robbins and I had two scoops of Cookie Dough Ice Cream!!!!
