Exercise completed - 15 minute walk at work and about 5 1/2 minutes on the elliptical at home after dinner (how in the hell did I ever do this thing for over 20 minutes!!!!!!)

  • Breakfast - Bullet Proof Coffee and Nutrisystem Bagel and Laughing Cow Cheese
  • AM Snack - Cottage Cheese and Nectarine
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem 3 cheese chicken with extra chicken and veggies
  • PM snack - Low Carb Tortilla with chicken laughing cow and peppers
  • Dinner - Salmon, roasted potatoes and "skinny broccoli salad"
