  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Raisin Bar and Coffee blended with butter, stevia, almond milk and cacao powder
  • AM Snack - Skinny bagel with chicken and laughing cow cheese
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem chicken sandwich with skinny broccoli salad and veggies, square of Ghirardelli Chocolate with Salted Caramel filling
  • PM snack - Crackers and 2 cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Rotini and Meatballs with cottage cheese green beans and olives
  • Dessert - Nutrisystem Stuffed Apple Pie
Comments - I could have used a drink tonight, but I had a piece of chocolate today...one splurge at a time!!
