Exercise completed - 31 mins walking in place at work during webinar, it really works up a sweat!!! then 15 minutes at home to reach 10,000 steps!!!!!!

What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - Coffee with coconut oil, almond milk, stevia and cacao powder with a Nutrisystem Blueberry Lemon Bar
  • AM Snack - Skinny everything bagel with egg salad (2 eggs with little mayo and mustard)
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Cheddar Broccoli Rice with laughing cow cheese, chicken and veggies
  • PM snack - Crackers and cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Ravioli Formaggio with salad
  • Dessert - Nutrisystem Fudge Bar
Comments - I need to do this (walking in place at work during lunch or meetings or something) EVERYDAY
