  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Turkey Sausage and egg with laughing cow cheese and coffee with almond milk, stevia and butter
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese Melt with veggies and Bolthouse dressing
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Turkey and Mashed Potatos with brussels sprouts
  • Dessert - Nutrisystem Honey Mustard Pretzel Bits and, earlier, while shopping, I had a fresh tortilla at Cardenas Market, yum!
Comments - I am not sure why I can not lose right now, I guess I will cut my calories...
