What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - NS Biscotti Bites and yogurt
  • Lunch - NS Homestyle Chicken and a piece of toast
  • Dinner - NS Turkey Medallions and Mashed Potatoes with cottage cheese and steamed snap peas
  • Dessert - NS oatmeal raisin cookie with some dark chocolate chips 
Comments - Well, the numbers (weight) really sucked this morning... I am thinking it is from all the calories on the food fest on Monday. Also, I felt like crap all day today, I went to work but them came home about 2 hours later. I went to bed and slept for 4 hours. Felt a little better when I woke up. I hate not feeling good, especially when there is the (very good) chance that your food may not stay in your tummy!
