  • Breakfast - NS Turkey sausage and egg sandwich and laughing cow cheese 
  • AM Snack - Salted caramel flip yogurt 
  • Lunch - NS cheddar broccoli rice and veggies with pulled pork and cheese
  • PM snack - Atkins dark chocolate royale drink 
  • Dinner - NS Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast with baby potatoes and brussel sprouts
  • Dessert - NS Chocolatey Nougut Bar
Comments - my weight needs to make up its mind...of course it could be the fact that I only ate 1000 calories yesterday...NOT that I am complaining, not in the least!!! And then, I left my blood sugar meter at home today, duh!!!
