  1. Looks like you're doing great with your eating! Even though exercising is really important, I found that my eating is really what helped me lose weight first. I didn't even exercise for the first couple weeks, mostly because I was starving all the time and had no energy. Once I got used to less calories, I was able to start exercising again. Now, I've joined a gym, and I really think I'm starting to get in shape.

  2. Thank you, Shann! It is true that we did not exercise for the first couple of months, but we were eating better and the weight pretty much melted away. But both Hubby and I have come to a plateau and now I think we need to start exercising TOO in order to continue the weight loss! We will get to it!!!!
