What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - Cocoa Banana Smoothie (recipe to follow)
  • Lunch - NS White Bean Chicken Chili with a salad
  • PM snack - We went to Sams, although I only had a sample of prosciutto, a grape and a cracker and a sample of gouda pimento cheese and two chips, we came home and had a couple of cherry tomatoes
  • Dinner - NS Salisbury Steak and Mac & Cheese with broccoli
  • Dessert - NS Coconut Almond Bar... and then had half a bagel with some cream cheese and a fried chicken leg... WTF
