What I ate today -
  • Breakfast - MY COFFEE and a Nonni's Ciccolati & Hazelnut Biscotti
  • AM Snack - Walked around Costco and tried the Pumpkin Spice Frappe (bleh...) and a sample of Easy Mac (YUM)
  • Lunch - Jimmy Johns Unwich with ham and cheese, lettuce tomato and mayo...added red onions and avocado when we got home
  • PM snack - Atkins Dark Chocolate Royale Shake and a couple cherry tomatoes
  • Dinner - Chipotle bowl with black beans, fajita veggies, HOT salsa, cheese and sour cream
  • Dessert - Cherry tomatoes, beef jerky and some kettle corn popcorn...
