Eating On Track - A little off
  • Breakfast - Jalapeno Frittata (it was so good we had to have it again!!!) with tomatos and avocado this time and BPC (over on planned calories!)
  • Lunch - Chipotle salad with barbacoa, fajita veggies, hot salsa, sour cream and cheese
  • Dinner -Lamb chops with squash (yes, it was pan fried in butter!)
  • Other/Snacks - Some moon cheese (this stuff is kinda addicting!) and homemade bone broth

  • Protein - 28%
  • Net Carb - 6%
Water Intake - 100oz

Blood Sugar Readings -
  • Morning Fasting Blood Sugar - 92 (i think this may be my new normal, or my meter is broken!)
 Comments - I had NO Halloween candy today (of course, we did not buy any, we hide from the children like cowards!)
