Christmas is usually a lot less complicated than Thanksgiving. Our tradition is to have Prime Rib with mashed potatoes a veggie and rolls. Then some kind of dessert.
Now that we are eating low carb, we have to make a few tweaks (but not many...)
We will be having a couple appetizers, not as much as Thanksgiving...

For the main course, we will keep it simple

along with some Hot Chocolate from All Day I Dream About Food

Our Christmas Eve meal has always been spaghetti and meat sauce, we will be having zoodles, instead!
