What I Ate Today -
- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Cinnamon Bun Bar and Greek yogurt
- AM Snack - Wrap with peppers, spicy laughing cow cheese and pepperoni
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Cheddar Broccoli Rice with ham and extra broccoli and laughing cow cheese with veggies
- PM Snack - Orange and 2 low fat cheese sticks
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Italian Flatbread Pizza with pepperoni and sauteed zucchini with parmesan cheese
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Stuffed Apple Pie and Redi-Whip
It can be really hard to get back on track, but you got this! I enjoy seeing the pictures of what you ate, too. It looks like it'll keep you more accountable!
