Downsizing Me Log - 3/3/2016

Eating On Track Today - Yes

Water Intake - 60oz

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Banana Nut Muffin and Greek yogurt
  • AM Snack - Wrap with ham, peppers and spicy laughing cow cheese
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Loaded Potatoes and 2 low fat hot dogs (supposed to have veggies too, but didn't eat them...)
  • PM Snack - Trader Joe's Peanut Butter & Jelly With Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • Dinner - Nutrisystem Meatballs and Marinara Sauce served over shredded cabbage and cottage cheese and 2 slices of 60 cal bread with some butter
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Comments - OMG, the Trader Joe's yogurt was amazing, it tasted just like a PB&J sandwich... a little high in calories for a powerfuel, but OMG...did I mention it was OMG yummy!!!!
