What I Ate Today -
- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Banana Nut Muffin and Greek yogurt
- AM Snack - Wrap with ham, peppers and spicy laughing cow cheese
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Loaded Potatoes and 2 low fat hot dogs (supposed to have veggies too, but didn't eat them...)
- PM Snack - Trader Joe's Peanut Butter & Jelly With Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- Dinner - Nutrisystem Meatballs and Marinara Sauce served over shredded cabbage and cottage cheese and 2 slices of 60 cal bread with some butter
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
