What I Ate Today -
- Breakfast - Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites and Greek Yogurt
- AM Snack - Wrap with ham, peppers and laughing cow cheese
- Lunch - Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese melt with veggies and Bolthouse salad dressing
- PM Snack - 2 small plums and 2 lowfat cheesesticks
- Dinner - Salad with Nutrisystem Chili & Beans with black beans and a sprinkle of cheese
- Late Snack - Nutrisystem Thin Mint Crisp Bar
