Downsizing Me Log - 3/4/2016

Exercise - I don't know if it counts, but I worked up a sweat moving furniture around at my office!!

Eating On Track Today - Yes

Water Intake - 96oz

What I Ate Today -


  • Breakfast - Nutrisystem Biscotti Bites and Greek Yogurt
  • AM Snack - Wrap with ham, peppers and laughing cow cheese
  • Lunch - Nutrisystem Steak and Cheese melt with veggies and Bolthouse salad dressing
  • PM Snack - 2 small plums and 2 lowfat cheesesticks
  • Dinner - Salad with Nutrisystem Chili & Beans with black beans and a sprinkle of cheese
  • Late Snack - Nutrisystem Thin Mint Crisp Bar
